Thrissanku Hills- situated jut 4 km from Peermede; it is an ideal location for nature lovers. They mesmerized by the enchanting view of sunrise and sunset. The gentle breeze makes it ideal hub for long walks.

Sahyadri Ayurvedic centre- it is the most famous Ayurvedic hospital in the region, notable for body massage and spa packages. The Sahyadri Ayurvedic centre is handled by Peermedu Development Society in Pallikunnu. It is famous for its acute treatment and accommodation facilities, a unit for manufacturing Ayurvedic medicines and a well-maintained raw drug museum where more than 200 species of endangered medicinal plants has been cultivated and conserved.

Pattumala- Located 17 km from Peermede, Pattumala is notable for its gorgeous tea gardens in which Harrisons Malayalam and A. V. Thomas & Co. are most famous tea plantations.Velankanni Matha Church, constructed fully with granite stone, is another major attraction of the place. You can roam around the Flower Garden which is really an unforgettable experience.

Vagamon- Lying just 25 km from Peermede; it is one of the most sought-after destinations for nature lovers.
