Located in the state of Kerala, god's own country, Peermede is a hill station at an altitude of 915 meters. The Sahyadri Ayurvedic centre is handled by Peermedu Development Society in Pallikunnu. Pattumala- Located 17 km from Peermede, Pattumala is notable for its gorgeous tea gardens in which Harrisons Malayalam and A. V. Thomas & Co. are most famous tea plantations.Velankanni Matha Church, constructed fully with granite stone, is another major attraction of the place.
